1.Pre-Start Inspection
Engine Oil Check
Inspect the oil level and quality. Add XCMG-specific oil if necessary.
Drain water from the fuel tank and the oil-water separator.
Coolant Check
Check sub-tank coolant level
Check radiator coolant level
Air Filter Inspection
Ensure the air filter is properly installed and undamaged.
Fan Belt Inspection
Check for proper belt tension. Replace immediately if cracked.
Before starting, remove the oil inlet pipe, add appropriate oil, and ensure the rotor spins freely.
Hydraulic Oil Check
Verify hydraulic oil level and quality. Add or replace as needed.
Check the gear oil level and viscosity. Investigate and address any abnormal oil level changes.
Travel Motor Gear Oil Check
Inspect for oil leaks around the motor and check oil viscosity.
Battery Check
Verify battery charge using indicator color. Ensure proper positive and negative terminal connection.
Piping and Fasteners Check
Inspect all pipelines, cables, and joints. Tighten bolts as required.
2.Start-Up Inspection
Instrument Panel CheckConfirm that all gauges and indicators display normally, with no warning alarms.
Standard Engine Start
Each start attempt should not exceed 10 seconds. If it fails, wait 30 seconds before retrying.
In low temperatures, warm up the engine before use.
3.Post-Start Checks
Monitor Alarms and DisplayAfter engine start, check for any alarm messages or display abnormalities. Stop immediately if any issue arises.
Engine Performance Check
Let the engine idle for 5–10 minutes. Observe exhaust smoke, listen for unusual noises, and check the lower exhaust for abnormalities.
Ensure all hydraulic components (pumps, valves, cylinders, motors) operate quietly and smoothly. Warm up the system before use.
Lubricate Work Device Pins
Grease all pins and lubrication points. Remove old grease if necessary to ensure smooth operation.
