On May 30, 2024, at 4 AM this past Monday, I received an inquiry from a client in Algeria. By 7 AM, I responded to the client and saved their email information. During the quotation process, I discovered that the client was currently in China. I promptly invited them to visit our company, and to my surprise, the client booked a flight for Wednesday.
Together with Wendy, I went to the airport to greet the client. Since the client had an afternoon appointment in Deqing County, Zhejiang, we directly brought them to our company’s meeting room. We discussed the specifications and pricing of the forklifts the client was interested in, as well as quotes for the ISUZU chassis of various tonnages. After finalizing the payment terms, we concluded our meeting. We then enjoyed lunch together before escorting the client to Hongqiao Railway Station.Special thanks to Wendy for her accompaniment, Lucky for supporting the client visit, and Sita for assisting with printing the quotation documents.
