China Client Visited EVANGEL Office
On 13 May 2026, we welcomed the Chinese representative of a client from Southeast Asia to our company for a business meeting. The overseas client had shown strong interest in purchasing a used forklift after receiving our quotation. However, due to concerns regarding the Letter of Credit (L/C) process and related transaction risks, the client decided to appoint a trusted friend in China to assist with communication and payment arrangements.
As the representative was already in Shanghai, we invited them to visit our office for a face-to-face discussion. During the meeting, we introduced the company’s background, business operations, and service capabilities, while addressing several questions related to the transaction process, equipment details, and commercial terms.
The meeting was productive and helped both sides gain a clearer understanding of the project requirements and purchasing arrangements. It also strengthened mutual confidence and laid a solid foundation for the next stage of cooperation.
Following the visit, we will update the commercial terms and revise the quotation based on the latest discussions. We will continue to maintain close communication with both the client and their representative to facilitate the successful completion of the transaction.
