To commemorate the milestone of its 100th anniversary, CATERPILLAR recently announced the launch of the "Centennial Grey" limited edition model, which is designed to pay tribute to the original color of CATERPILLAR's first generation of products.
The "Centennial Grey" model will carry a special 100th anniversary logo and a commemorative internal nameplate, and will be sold in North America, South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Available models include compact, small and medium loaders, backhoe loaders, skid loaders, compact crawler loaders, small and medium crawler dozers, mini, small, medium and large excavators, graders and other products.
Tony Fassino, group president of CATERPILLAR's Construction Division, said CATERPILLAR has come this far thanks to its history of innovation and outstanding partnerships with dealers and customers. Since 1925, customers have been using CATERPILLAR products and services to help improve the quality of life for people around the world. The launch of these limited edition models will allow customers to celebrate CATERPILLAR's 100th anniversary with the company while moving forward.
