Maintenance of concrete mixer
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the machine body and remove dirt and obstacles on the machine body.
2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment of each lubrication point, and add lubricating oil as required.
3. Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum and run it idle for 1-2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.
4. During the operation of the concrete mixer, the noise of the motor, reducer, and transmission gear should be checked at any time to see if it is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.
5. After each shift, the concrete mixer should be carefully cleaned.
6. To ensure its technical performance, it is important not to use inferior products as good ones during maintenance and renovation, and high-quality bearings must be selected.
