Function of concrete mixer
A concrete mixer is a machine that mixes cement, sand gravel aggregate, and water into a concrete mixture.
1. According to the working nature, it is divided into intermittent type (batch type) and continuous type;
2. According to the mixing principle, it is divided into self-falling type and forced type;
3. According to the installation method, it is divided into fixed type and mobile type;
4. According to the discharging method, it is divided into tipping type and non-tipping type;
5. According to the mixing drum structure, it is divided into pear type, drum type, double cone, disc vertical shaft type and circular groove horizontal shaft type.
Composition of concrete mixer
It is mainly composed of mixing drum, feeding and unloading mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission mechanism, frame and supporting device.
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the machine body and remove dirt and obstacles on the machine body.
2. Check the oil, circuit and control equipment of each lubrication point, and add lubricating oil as required.
3. Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum and run it idle for 1-2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.
4. During the operation of the concrete mixer, the noise of the motor, reducer, and transmission gear should be checked at any time to see if it is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.
5. After each shift, the concrete mixer should be carefully cleaned.
6. To ensure its technical performance, it is important not to use inferior products as good ones during maintenance and renovation, and high-quality bearings must be selected.
