France Clients Visited EVANGEL Office

On September 26th, 2023, we had the pleasure of hosting a visit from our French client. The client had informed us a week in advance of their intention to visit our company and subsequently tour our machinery factory. In preparation for the visit, we made the necessary arrangements for airport pickup, hotel reservations, and scheduled the timeline for their visit to our company and the factory.

We engaged in effective communication with our factory to ensure that all aspects of the itinerary were well-coordinated. This involved arranging accommodations, finalizing the schedule for the factory tour, and addressing any additional items of interest.

During the visit to our company, we delivered a comprehensive presentation using a detailed PowerPoint (PPT) that provided an in-depth overview of our company. This included a discussion of various product configurations, order details, and the opportunity to address any questions or concerns the client had.

We are grateful for the client's visit and engagement during the trip. Their proactive approach and thorough interaction with our company contribute positively to our partnership, and we are enthusiastic about the possibility of ongoing collaboration.
